The website and the guides are published by Novars Media (“Novars”, “we”). You can reach us at any time through the contact page of this website.

2. Products

Novars sells digital guides in PDF format. The content of each guide (number of pages, parts and chapters) is described on its product page. Guides are currently written in French unless stated otherwise on the product page.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your country and include applicable taxes where required. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider. Bundle discounts are applied automatically in your cart.

4. Delivery

Guides are delivered by email immediately after payment, as described in our shipping policy.

5. Digital files

The guides are digital files delivered immediately after purchase. If your download link does not work or a file is damaged, write to us and we will send you a new link straight away.

6. Licence and intellectual property

Each purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to read and print the guide for your own use. Texts, layouts and images remain the property of Novars or their respective owners. Reselling, sharing, copying or distributing the files, in whole or in part, is not permitted.

7. Liability

Our guides are written with care to inform and inspire. Novars cannot be held responsible for any use made of the information they contain.

8. Personal data

We only use your data to process your order and, if you subscribe, to send you our newsletter. See our privacy policy for details.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force on the date of your order applies.

10. Applicable law

These terms do not affect the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
